Hospitality forfeited should mean out

After the hundreds of sexual harassment cases in Cologne, German government is still persuading and defending its refugee policy. Every other country would arrest and deport rapists and sexual offenders; not so Germany.

After the sex attacks at the Cologne Central Station in New Year's Eve, especially the police is in the critique having done too little against the violence. But a federal policeman now portrays the everyday madness, the police are confronted with. To the German newspaper Bild, a police officer explains anonymous about his experiences at the refugee flash points Passau, Freilassing and near the main station in Munich:

"At first, more families with children came, who acted educated and  spoke English. Meanwhile, 95 per cent of the refugees are single men," so the federal police officer. Half of the new arrivals have no valid passport or documents. Frustrated he complains, that the public does not see what is really happening. "An asylum seeker wanted to cut another's throat. In the police report yet it stated, grievous bodily harm instead of attempted murder. That reads better in the statistics." he says.

Women are now being harassed and insulted regularly at the Munich main train station. In a court ban officials would be yell upon: "You are not my Police. You are a racist." In recent months, he had only made one complaint against a German, all other were against refugees.
The officer criticized in particular that there are regulations from the top to let the refugees run. "If a refugee wants to escape a control, we cannot even hold him. This is dictated from above, because that would be physical violence. Internal it says:.... better let them run." To change the conditions it needs "more controls, more police officers and more support of the politics." Otherwise, it will eventually end up in a big bang, which is perhaps already there, the official said.

With all this happening we can still observe a political body not ready to protect its citizens, but rather cover for the illegal migrants and testosterone loaded Muslim men, who come from a background where women are already less worth and non Muslims even "outlawed" by religious law. The mutual respect and acceptance of equality is not given. This is clear to understand, and also not the job of the West to accept or obey to. But it is the job of western politicians to protect the national laws and Human Rights and the understanding of equality. Equality doesn't mean that everybody can do what he wants due to other background or religion.

There is a strong tendency to defend the opposite of equality. Colognes mayor Henriette Reker came up with an outrages proposal for women, to stay an arm length away from men, generalizing all men to potential rapists, and forgetting, that the sexual harassments at the main railway station happened with groups of Muslim men. How could a woman even defend herself, or stay an armlength away from such a mob?

Chancellor Angela Merkel expressed her indignation about the crimes in Cologne, but there is no word about deportation or sending back the criminals. Every other country would arrest, judge and deport sexual harassing people; not so Germany.

The Leftists like the Social Democrats SPD don't show any sign of wanting to tighten the laws for intruders and illegal migrants breaking the national law and order, and the Green Party Bundestag Vice President Claudia Roth has the audacity to twist the attacks away from the Islamic roots of motivation. She stated:

"That what happened in Cologne is terrible and not to excuse by anything, "the Green politician said to the "Welt"(Friday edition). "It is nebulized that this form of violence in Germany is unfortunately an old phenomenon." Claudia Roth called to now mainly ask the victims and to take their statements seriously. "But to do so, as if the events of the New Year's Eve are the first outbreaks of sexual violence in our society, is wrong." There have been repeatedly assaults against women at the Carnival or at the Oktoberfest.

What Claudia Roth states here is a slap against the European democratic society and the women, because comparing the sexual harassments executed by the Muslim migrants with sexual harassments that happen locally is wrong. The crimes against woman at the Cologne main station were Muslim motivated and group organized encroachments, so not to compare with some few individual happenings when people are drunk at a festival. Gang rape and gang harassment by Muslims is a new phenomena in Europe, and no word again is said about the consequences for the men who did this.

Up to date, the number of reports against women have risen to more than 400, and Ms Roth is still trying to persuade the public that these incidents should not be "misused" for campaigns against refugees. Why not Ms Roth? Aren't these campaigns more legitimate and true than all the Leftists and governments white wash and twisting attempts? Not only in Cologne German women have been victims, but reportedly also in Hamburg and Stuttgart; and all men were Arabic and north African.

But what is actually the current legal situation in Germany? When is the status of asylum in danger?

When someone is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of at least three years without parole, that's when the recognition as a refugee is denied under the Asylum Act. This requires however, in the prognosis, that the person concerned represents a future danger to the community. Whether he will be deported, also depends on what awaits him in his country of origin. According to the ECHR (European Commission of Human Rights), deportation is not possible if the offender would face torture or inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment. Meaning a free ticked to further crimes without harsh consequences for the perpetrator.

What is the situation for delinquent foreigners?

In principle, foreigners may be expelled if received a sentence of at least one year imprisonment. However, there is no automatism in the process. The public interest and the individual interest of staying are weighed against each other. The chances for a foreigner to be allowed to stay grow, the longer he has been living in Germany, and the more it is rooted there. Also, the higher the sentence, the more likely the expulsion. This means that he will be asked to leave the country and has no longer the right of residence. Only if he does not leave voluntary, the deportation follows as final consequence.

When can refugees be expelled?

Recognized asylum seekers or refugees may be expelled when sentenced to a term of one year imprisonment, but only if the personal conduct of the individual concerned constitutes a present serious threat to public safety and order, one of thefundamental interests of society. (Residence Act Section 53 paragraph 3)

What does this mean for the incidents in Cologne?

"For cases of sexual assault, the law stipulates a prison sentence of not less than one year. If they were committed jointly with others, which in many cases have been the case in the New Year's Eve, this usually results in a term of imprisonment not under two years," says Cologne criminal law expert Nikolaos Gazeas. In principle, it could therefore also be used to expel on the basis of previous laws because of the incidents, however. Only after considering the above-described recognized refugees, they are yet again subject to special protection as described before.
Hence, another free ticked to further crimes.

Next to the national laws and actions by politicians, Muslims will feel strengthened in their actions because of their religion, a religion now respected in the West, even though it opposes allcommon sence of the western world. Let's look at the Koran:

"Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess. Thus has Allah ordained for you. All others are lawful, provided you seek them from your property, desiring chastity, not fornication. So with those among them whom you have enjoyed, give them their required due, but if you agree mutually after the requirement (has been determined), there is no sin on you. Surely, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise. Qur'an 4:24"

So in consequence we have a situation where refugees, even fake ones enjoy full protection of the state, even if they act criminal and misbehave, disrespect and are without papers. We have politicians in Europe that protect the interests of intruders and Muslims more than the interests of the nationals. We have labeling of right and left in a way of good and bad. We have hypocrites in society, organizations and media forming alliances and protective ties with people who will cut them with blood when the time comes. We have sub communities and lawless groups using Europe as a terrain to act as they wish.

Islam is not just a religion, it is a threat to the free world, democracy, Human Rights and freedom of speech and expression.

There is no right to hospitality for hostile people.
